Are you a skilled Occupational Therapist looking for a rewarding opportunity to make a daily difference in the lives of young children? We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide home-based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and their families.

Sunny Days of California specializes in early intervention, serving children with developmental needs from birth to three years of age. Our multidisciplinary programs provide occupational, physical, and speech therapy, as well as child development services.

As an Occupational Therapist with our organization, you will have the opportunity to serve infants and toddlers with developmental delays and their families in both home and community-based settings. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Conducting Developmental Assessments:Utilize standardized tools to assess each child's developmental progress.
* Providing Occupational Therapy Services:Deliver targeted interventions using the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon).
* Following IFSPs:Work collaboratively with families to develop strategies that promote each child's specific developmental goals.
* Re-Assessments and Progress Reports:Regularly re-assess children and write comprehensive progress reports.
* Maintaining Confidentiality:Ensure the confidentiality of information regarding children and families, in accordance with HIPAA and/or State/Federal regulations.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

* California Occupational Therapy License:A valid license to practice occupational therapy in the state of California.
* Pediatric Experience:At least one year of experience working with children in a pediatric setting.
* Strong Clinical and Interpersonal Skills:Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Bilingual in Spanish:Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
