This on site full time or casual guest service role is the perfect opportunity for an experienced hotel receptionist or experienced property manager looking to develop their skills in a new field or add more variety to their day.

This guest facing role at our Mackay property, assisting with guest service, day to day hotel operations and minor maintenance.
The successful applicant will have:
* A passion for providing exceptional guest service
* The ability to problem solve and resolve guest requests quickly
* Excellent time management
* Either reception or property management experience.
* Hold a current QLD drivers licence.
* Be able to work a rotational roster including weekends.
