Skilled showroom for prestige vehicles is on the lookout for their next director of first impressions / Receptionist.
THE JOB
* Answer overflow of Sales, Service & Parts calls into the dealership, re‐direct or take a message.
* Post sale and Service feedback calls.
* Robust PC skills.
* Meet and greet all walk‐in customers with a happy friendly face.
* Offer & make coffee, tea or water to waiting customers.
* Help the Sales team by setting a customer up on a test drive of a current or used vehicle.
* General tidy up of all waiting areas of the showroom, including the coffee machine.

* Experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. All we are looking for is a solid work ethic, a positive attitude and a passion for achieving excellence.
