**The role**
**About the role**
- Development and management of the labour standards framework (CLR Framework)
- Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the CLR Framework is used, practical and usable (KIS)
- Facilitate a process for selection of key drivers (Standards and Business Rules) to drive CLR Hours.
- Support the critically review processes for effectiveness, efficiency and simplification.
- Facilitate the monitoring and measurement of post process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement.
- Develop a roadmap for ongoing improvement to the rostering framework, including identification and implementation of supporting Systems and technology.
- Lead discovery and roadmap development of RT3 rostering platform
- Lead and facilitate the embedding of RT3 rostering platform
**About you**
- Previous finance experience
- Knowledge of engineered Labour Standards measurement methodologies
- Ability to engage and influence key stakeholders, and manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities
- Training in Lean Six Sigma Methodology (Green Belt) would be an advantage
- Able to travel interstate and within state
