The Role We are growing rapidly and Toll's Retail & Consumer Division has a great opportunity for 2x Spares Demand & Supply Planner - Telecommunications to join our prestigious clients Macquarie Park site as an implant. This is a TEMP ongoing role with opportunity for permanency. You will be responsible for ensuring all telco spares are available, visible and accessible for the client. You must have a great team attitude and attention to detail. This role would suit someone who has previous experience in similar role and great software experience, especially SAP and strong Excel (VLOOKUPS). Key Responsibilities We need a proactive Spares Demand and Supply Planner to ensure the availability, visibility, and accuracy of critical Spares equipment required to maintain the telco network Coordinate with Vendors and Order requestors regarding spare‑part repairs and stock returns, monitor performance based on SLA Work collaboratively with Warehouse Personnel, Platform Owners, and Vendors to resolve non‑compliant deliveries Review Vendor performance against contract SLA, organising supplier meetings and preparing meeting minutes Create, execute and maintain the Spares Plan, including distribution and rebalancing of inventory across the network Procure Spares when required to support operational needs Liaise with Field Operations teams to ensure inventory accuracy and data integrity Provide administrative support for high‑volume or resource‑intensive activities (e.g., stocktakes, system upgrades/migrations) Attend and support relevant meetings, including Spares Planning Sessions and Vendor Performance Reviews Skills & Experience Demonstrated experience in a similar role Excellent communication skills across all mediums are a must Must be analytical and have great customer engagement skills Strong SAP/S4HANA and Excel (VLOOKUPS) are essential Accuracy and attention to detail are essential Must be reliable and responsible Demonstrated collaboration experience Benefits Join the Toll family, one of Australis leading employers Work as part of a close-knit team in a great culture Parking onsite Full Time Mon-Fri Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate Great hourly rate About Toll People Toll People are Australia's most recognised provider of Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain and Warehouse staff.
