About the Role We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join the administration team based in Mackay and support both Mackay and Hunter branches on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This opportunity offers exposure to a variety of responsibilities and the chance to grow within a supportive, close-knit team of five.
Reporting to the Administration Supervisor, this role is ideal for someone with administrative experience who's eager to develop new skills and support a high-performing team.

Your ability to meet deadlines, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with both colleagues and stakeholders will be key to your success.
Key responsibilities include: Supporting the finance team by raising and receipting POs against job orders using Epicor Ensuring goods are received in good condition and match required specifications Monitoring and managing site stationery supplies Preparing and managing monthly job costings Updating and maintaining various registers, managing the support and sales inboxes, and following up on queries promptly Coordinating travel and accommodation bookings and offering general admin support to branch employees Assisting with payroll timesheet entry and supporting month-end reporting as needed About You You'll bring a strong background in administrative support, with proven proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office—particularly Excel and Word.
