About the Role
Join our Dulux Team as a Production Team Member based in Dandenong South, VIC. This role will allow you to take responsibility to operate and monitor a key part of our manufacturing process
You will work rotating day and afternoon shifts, 35 hours, 4 days per week.
Monday – Thursday:
* Day shift 5.45am – 3.15pm
* Afternoon shift 3pm – 12.30am
* Friday overtime is optional depending on operational requirements.
Once you've completed training; responsibilities will include:
* Batching of raw materials
* Operation of Machinery, such as extruder & mills
* Working with robotics
* Manual handling and lifting

Skills & Experience
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be passionate and driven to succeed in a manufacturing environment. With your strong mechanical aptitude, you will be part of identifying problems and implementing the solution Along with this you will have the following:
* Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
* Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
* Ability to follow instructions and recipe cards
* Consistently punctual and reliable
* Focus on production output and continuous improvement
