Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will have experience in managing a small team, visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety, and store security. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and develop a small team of sales assistants
* Visual merchandise and maintain a high standard of store appearance
* Control stock levels and manage inventory
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment
* Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and management skills
