The Opportunity
This full-time position based in Shepparton Vic will focus on retail customer service-related activities including counter and phone sales, technical advice, inventory management, and day-to-day retail operations.
You will be liaising directly with clients, suppliers, end-users, and team members.
Your Skills
1. You must be able to provide premium level customer service and advice.
2. Attend to customer enquiries and orders promptly.
3. Have strong inventory management skills.
4. Possess strong technical product knowledge.
5. Be knowledgeable about irrigation & filtration systems.
6. Understand fertigation and automation systems.
7. Have expertise in domestic, agricultural, and industrial pump knowledge.
8. Present yourself professionally with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
9. Develop and maintain healthy relationships with colleagues and clients.
