Aviation Maintenance Expert
The role is focused on enhancing the operational reliability of A330/A380 fleets by providing expert guidance in engineering and maintenance.
* Defect Management: Identify technical issues, provide recommendations, and coordinate with engineering and material management teams.
* Fleet Reliability: Offer MSN-specific and predictive maintenance advice to ensure optimal fleet performance.
* Backlog Clearance: Assist in clearing the fleet backlog.
Key responsibilities include:
* Predictive Analytics & Tools: Expertise in SHM and Skywise Predictive Maintenance tools.
* Predictive & Preventive Strategy: Develop predictive maintenance recommendations based on A330 and A380 fleet health trends.
* Backlog Cleanup: Collaborate with stakeholders to clean up the maintenance fault backlog.
* Aircraft Technical & Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of A330 and A380 maintenance logics and operational experience.
Qualifications include:
* Experience and knowledge of Airbus design and engineering processes and practices.
* Technical expertise in A330 and/or A380 and experience in operations.
* Leadership and project management skills.
* Workshop facilitation experience preferred.
