Executive Director of Commercial Excellence
We are seeking an accomplished Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and elevate our hospitality brand.
Craft and execute innovative commercial strategies across domestic and international markets, positioning our hotel as a top destination for luxury travellers.
* Lead, mentor, and empower the Sales & Marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and measurable results.
* Set and deliver on key performance indicators for Sales, Marketing, and Conference & Events Sales departments while driving commercial performance.
Monitor market trends, competitor insights, and economic conditions, adapting strategies to maximise occupancy, RevPAR, and market share. Represent our hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, building the brand and generating meaningful connections.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in Sales and Marketing within luxury hotels.
* Demonstrated ability to source and convert key business opportunities.
* Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
