With our Queensland depot located in Molendinar, we deliver reliable, high-quality traffic management and labour solutions across the region.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking qualified and reliable Traffic Controllers, TMA Drivers, and Crew Leaders who demonstrate a strong safety focus and a positive, can-do attitude.
Casual Positions | Above Award Pay!
You will be working across a variety of projects including major infrastructure, civil works, utilities, maintenance, and high-speed traffic environments throughout Southeast Queensland .
Experienced Supervisors and Team Leaders are highly desirable.
Allowances include:
* $15 Driver Allowance per shift
* TMA and Cone Truck allowances (where applicable in addition to driver allowance)
* Hourly Crew Leader allowances based on crew
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver safe and effective traffic control across diverse road networks and work sites
* Implement and operate Portable Traffic Control Devices (PTCDs)
* Maintain a safe, compliant, and professional work environment
* Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members
* Represent M1 Traffic & Labour with professionalism on site
* Operate TMA, Cone Truck and VMS vehicles in high-speed environments (experienced operators)
* Provide on-site leadership and direction to traffic crews where required (Crew Leaders)
What You Need to Succeed
To be considered, you must have:
* QLD Traffic Control Licence (Stop/Slow Bat)
* Construction Induction (White Card)
* TMI Accreditation (required for Crew Leaders and TMA drivers)
* MR and/or HR Licence (required for TMA drivers)
* Valid Driver’s License
* TMA Ticket & Heavy Rigid (HR) License (highly desirable)
* Reliable transport for straight-to-site roles
* Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol testing
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
* Willingness to travel
* Own PPE gear
