Clinical nurses are responsible for overseeing and coordinating resident care plans, monitoring care outcomes, and fostering relationships among caregivers, patients, and families.
This is a full-time clinical nurse position based in Tasmania. The successful candidate will be a registered nurse with AHPRA registration, possessing 4+ years of clinical experience, particularly in aged care.
* Oversight and coordination of resident care plans and clinical documentation.
* Monitoring and reviewing care outcomes and support for behavioral health needs.
* Leadership in team efforts to deliver high-quality care.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities and knowledge of care plan documentation and AN-ACC requirements.
