Building Rectification Services is a specialist remedial construction company delivering high-quality solutions across strata, commercial and residential projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Remedial Construction Estimator to join our team.

About the Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for remedial and rectification works, from initial scope to tender submission.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for remedial construction projects
* Review scopes of work, engineering reports and drawings
* Conduct site inspections and measure works
* Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers
* Source and assess subcontractor pricing
* Identify risks, exclusions and value engineering opportunities
* Assist with tender submissions and project handovers
About You
* Proven experience as an Estimator within remedial construction or building rectification
* Minimum 1-2 years of estimating experience in remedial construction is required
* Strong understanding of remedial methods (concrete repair, waterproofing, façade works, structural repairs, etc.)
* Ability to interpret plans, specifications and engineering reports
* High attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office
* Relevant trade or construction qualification (preferred but not essential)
* Must have Australian work rights
