Operational Support Specialist
This role focuses on streamlining business operations and enhancing overall efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, experience with project management tools, and advanced knowledge of Excel. They will be able to work independently, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
The main responsibilities include:
* Streamlining processes and maintaining accurate records
* Capturing meeting notes, assigning tasks, and updating project management tools
* Maintaining and improving workflows, data, and documentation in various systems
The operational support specialist will also have the opportunity to work on various administrative tasks, such as staff onboarding and offboarding, and providing ad-hoc admin support to the wider team.
This is a part-time role (approximately 24-30 hours per week) requiring a mix of administrative, operational, and strategic support.
