Job Overview
We are excited to announce a new opportunity in our Transformation Practice located in Canberra. As a client‐facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Federal Government clients achieve complex challenges and deliver meaningful outcomes for Australians.
You will be a permanent member of the team, with the chance to develop consulting skills and advance your career as a trusted advisor to Federal Government.
These positions require you to have an Australian Citizenship and be willing to undertake Baseline clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver client work related to establishment or operation of data management functions.
- Lead project teams effectively, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet client objectives.
- Manage client relationships and address their needs proactively.
- Oversee budget and resource allocation for projects.
- Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to team members.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of industry experience working with organisations that have undertaken large scale data transformations.
- Sound understanding of data strategy, data governance and data frameworks used by Australian government organisations.
- Experience with data management tools.
- Reasonable understanding of contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds (Azure, AWS, GCP), common SaaS applications, end user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
- Strong project management skills and proven ability to lead a team of people in delivery of a data management project.
