Role Overview
Join a privately owned WA-based civil construction company as a HR Advisor, supporting a large and diverse blue-collar workforce across multiple divisions. Reporting to the Group HR Manager and based at head office, you'll play a key role in delivering high-level HR advice and driving organisational change across the business.
Pay Range
A$100,
* / yr - A$125,
* / yr
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert advice on HR policy, employment law, and award interpretation
Conduct workplace investigations and recommend outcomes
Compliance and HR audit checks
Complete onboarding and probation reviews
Manage confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism
Occasional travel to regional sites
What You'll Bring
HR Diploma or Degree (essential)
Proven experience supporting a large blue-collar workforce
Strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards
Confident in handling IR / ER issues and workplace investigations
Proficient with HRIS platforms (Employment Hero highly regarded)
Valid WA driver's licence and unrestricted Australian working rights
