Full time 12-month fixed term opportunity for a dedicated and organised Digital Health Products Manager Lead digital transformation across health research projects with high-impact outcomes Base Salary $121,508 17% superannuation About the opportunity The Westmead Applied Research Centre (WARC) is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital infrastructure initiatives across its research portfolio. This role is pivotal in managing product roadmaps, technical infrastructure, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful implementation of digital solutions that support clinical, academic, and industry collaboration. You will oversee project planning, governance, financials, and team leadership, contributing to WARC’s mission of advancing applied health research. Your key responsibilities will be to: work closely with developers, clients, prospective users, and internal university teams manage overall project organisation, planning, and implementation across multiple digital infrastructure projects develop and communicate project charters, governance frameworks, and reporting tools create product roadmaps aligned with WARC’s strategic vision and user needs oversee budget forecasting, financial reporting, and external funding coordination lead and manage project staff, including recruitment, performance, and development identify and develop new business opportunities with external partners About you tertiary qualifications in project management, IT, engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of training and experience experience managing large, complex projects with multiple work streams in a multifaceted organisation strong financial literacy and experience managing budgets, reporting, and forecasting demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders across industry, clinical, academic, and not-for-profit sectors sound technical knowledge, ideally with experience in programming or coding, and ability to advise on software upgrades and digital strategy ability to present and pitch digital solutions to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.
