We are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to provide vital support across marketing, branding, internal operations, prospect engagement, and social media within our clients corporate office.
Key Responsibilities Marketing & Design Support
* Design and prepare pre-press advertising, business cards, letterheads, posters, and email footers.
* Deliver shop front mock-ups and assist with rebranding initiatives.
* Support all marketing aspects of office onboarding and ensure compliance with the companies style and brand guidelines.
* Create bespoke designs for franchises and corporate projects.
* Deliver training sessions on marketing tools and brand resources.
* Prepare visuals and content for social media campaigns and pages.
* Maintain and update social media channels.
* Ad hoc administration supporting including emails, photocopying, binding, and filing.
About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
* A background in marketing, graphic design, or communications.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* A keen eye for detail and an understanding of brand consistency.
* Experience in real estate or franchise networks (highly regarded).
