Job Title
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing them with exceptional service.
* You will be responsible for engaging with customers, answering their questions, and conveying available services.
* Respond to email enquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to provide timely solutions.
* Provide information on products, including physiotherapy items, mobility scooters, and more.
* Process quotes, orders, and hire contracts efficiently, ensuring smooth customer experiences.
* Follow all Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) requirements at a showroom level.

* Be well-presented, professional, and courteous in your interactions.
* Have excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy connecting with people from diverse backgrounds.
* Possess second-to-none administration skills and SAP experience is preferred but not required.
