About the Centre Manager Position
The Early Childhood Leader is responsible for leading and managing the operations of an early learning centre, providing high-quality education and care for children. This role involves working in partnership with the Approved Provider to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional care and educational experiences.
Key Responsibilities Include:

* Managing the centre's operations in alignment with approved policies and procedures.
* Collaborating with families to develop a collaborative partnership and supporting their child's learning.
* Ensuring the centre meets all regulatory requirements and delivers quality services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) with VIT registration.
* Extensive knowledge of early childhood education, child development, and relevant legislation and frameworks.
* Experience in educational leadership and team management.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
* A passion for inclusive, culturally respectful practices and family engagement.
