Role Overview
This position will lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services in the community.
The successful applicant will oversee the delivery of high-quality care for young people and their families, guiding and supporting a multidisciplinary team, managing referrals and caseloads, and contributing to service innovation and continuous improvement.
Daily Responsibilities:
* Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
* Provide supervision, support, and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
* Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning, and shared decision-making
* Contribute to strategic planning, policy development, and service evaluation
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection
Key Requirements:
* Approved tertiary qualification in an allied health discipline (social work, psychology, mental health nursing, occupational therapy)
* Registration or membership with the relevant registration authority or professional body
