Drive Growth and Foster Key Relationships in the Corporate and Institutional Space
As a Large Enterprise Account Lead, you will be at the forefront of our success, driving growth and fostering key relationships in the corporate and institutional space. You will lead a team of account managers in corporate and institutional merchant acquiring sales & account management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of 4-6 account managers in corporate and institutional merchant acquiring sales & account management
* Oversee 2-4 high-value, strategically important customers and collaborate with ANZ Relationship Management & Transaction Banking teams
* Set revenue targets, manage portfolio profitability through reviews and upselling, and drive advisory reviews and re-pricing activities when necessary
* Coach and develop the team to cross-sell, upsell, and retain customer accounts, ensuring effective account planning and proactive marketing strategies
* Ensure seamless coordination with ANZ to maximize opportunities when ANZ and ANZ Worldline Payment Solutions have common customers

Knowledge:
* Understanding of general business management
* Digital payments landscape
* Strong knowledge of payables, procure to pay, and sourcing processes in a corporate banking environment
