About the Role As the Principal Optometrist, you will take ownership of the clinical function, ensuring high standards of patient care and supporting the broader team. You will play a key role in shaping clinical practices, mentoring team members, and delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Working closely with an experienced dispensing team, you will be able to focus on what matters most delivering personalised, high quality care in a collaborative and well supported environment.
