Bounce Financial is a growing financial planning business based in Birtinya on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our small, close-knit team in a full-time, office-based role.

We value work-life balance. This role is paid full-time, with an early finish every Friday built into the week.

Salary: $60,000 – $70,000 + super (dependent on experience)

ABOUT BOUNCE FINANCIAL: Established in 2015, Bounce Financial specialises in providing financial advice to professional families as they navigate life’s major milestones — from starting a family and buying a home to saving and investing for the future.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality advice with a personal, values-driven approach.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working autonomously, and being a key support person in a growing advice business.

* 4.5 days per week paid as a full-time 5-day role
Finish early every Friday while still receiving a full-time salary.

* Office-based role in Birtinya

* Start date negotiable (we are keen to fill the role soon)

* Full training provided in financial planning processes and systems

While prior experience in financial planning is highly regarded, we will also consider candidates from professional services environments such as accounting, legal or similar client-focused businesses.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities will include:

* Diary management and client communication

* Liaising with clients, insurers and superannuation providers

* Managing the day-to-day client journey

* Data entry across various software platforms

* Electronic filing and document management

* Preparing documents for the financial adviser

* Scanning, printing and completing superannuation and insurance applications
