Flexible Family Support Clinician
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team in providing flexible support services to families with youth between the ages of 6 and 18.
Job Description:
In this role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans for children and their families. You will provide home-based therapy and support services throughout Worcester County, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Wraparound.
Your primary goal will be to assist children and their family members to develop skills, strategies, and supports to sustain the child in their natural environment and help them successfully function in the community.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this position, you will need a Master's Degree in Social Services field, a valid driver's license, and an acceptable driving record. Experience with mental health treatment of children or adolescents and their families is preferred.
You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with collaterals and partner agencies such as the Department of Mental Health (DMH) and educational facilities.
