Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans that align with our strategy, mission, and values.
* Sales: Develop and implement a sales plan aligned with the company's strategy, mission, and values to achieve sales targets and enhance customer attraction, retention, and journey for all service lines and optimize the care continuum
* Customer Service Excellence: A deep commitment to customer satisfaction, providing personalized guidance and support to current and emerging customers and their families, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed with empathy and professionalism
* Team Leadership and Culture: Lead, motivate, educate, and develop a high-performing sales and customer service team fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and accountability. Reaching and or exceeding targets by using motivational strategies
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor the team's performance against sales targets, providing coaching and support as needed to drive results
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analysis and market insights to inform strategic decision-making, identify emerging trends, and capitalize on new business and service opportunities to maintain or grow occupancy and minimize loss
* Network and relationship building: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our aged care market presence and service offerings, driving growth and innovation within the aged care sector
* Compliance adherence: Ensuring all sales activities comply with relevant regulations, ethical guidelines, and data privacy standards
Key Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable such as sales, communications, public relations, or marketing
* Five or more years experience in sales in a human services or healthcare environment
* Knowledge of the aged care system and regulatory requirements - desirable
* Knowledge of Residential and Home Care Aged Care Guidelines and Retirement Living Legislation in relation to service delivery and financial arrangements
* Proven ability to lead a sales and customer service team
* Demonstrated experience building and maintaining relationships with key decision makers and relevant industry stakeholders
* Experience with CRM software and technical proficiency in implementing and using systems and technical tools to enhance the sales process and customer relationship management
