What You Will Be Doing WorkPac are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to support the Supervisor Facilities Maintenance in delivering effective maintenance programming and capital works. This role involves contributing to the development and management of maintenance schedules, conducting regular building inspections, assisting with cost estimates and budgeting, and performing daily programmed tasks with a focus on quality and efficiency. The successful candidate will also assist in the delivery of capital works, carry out maintenance and repairsincluding graffiti removal and litter controlorganise and supervise contractors, and manage material purchases in line with policies. In addition, you will play a key role in contractor management by ensuring compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and procurement policies, while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders. The role includes supporting project management activities, ensuring quality control, and troubleshooting as needed. General duties include responding to after-hours callouts on a roster basis, maintaining vehicles and equipment, actively contributing to team support and organisational collaboration, and participating in the ongoing improvement of facilities maintenance processes and documentation. Flexibility to undertake other relevant duties as required is also expected.
