Job Title: Strategic HR Partner | Talent Development Specialist
About the Role
As a strategic business partner, you will be responsible for managing and providing day-to-day HR services. This includes handling the full employee cycle, such as attraction, performance management, talent management, career development, and compensation and benefits, aligned with local and group guidelines.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
* Provide support to Regional or Sectoral HR Manager on all HR-related aspects, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional directions for successful HR process and policy implementation.
* Offer day-to-day support, expert advice, guidance, and recommendations to managers and the management team on operational and strategic HR issues.
* Build a strong network across the HR function to deliver value-added services that reflect the organization's business objectives.
* Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
* Manage payroll outsourcing to a third-party provider, preferably with SAP experience.
* Ensure compliance with all HR processes efficiently, including data management, storage, and analysis.
* Work with management to identify development needs and coordinate employee training and development with Talent Management.
* Improve work relationships, build morale, foster a positive culture, and increase retention through close collaboration with management and employees.
* Ensure full compliance with local laws and, where applicable, international labor legislation. Consult with legal advisors as needed.
Requirements
* University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or relevant professional qualification.
* Minimum 7-10 years of HR experience.
* Familiarity with Australia Fair Work Act and employment legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, quick learner.
* Excellent communication skills, proactive, self-motivated, and independent.
