Project Manager - FF&E
Job Purpose:
The Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FF&E) Project Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, governance and delivery of FF&E lifecycle programs for VenuesLive at Optus Stadium. The role leads audit coordination, asset data integrity, procurement management, lifecycle forecasting and capital replacement planning to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and alignment with operational requirements.
In this role you will:
* Lead and coordinate periodic FF&E audits to ensure asset accuracy and contractual compliance.
* Develop and present lifecycle and capital replacement reporting to senior management.
* Identify risk exposure in FF&E lifecycle forecasting and propose mitigation strategies.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives in asset governance processes.
* Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the FF&E asset database through structured data validation and cleansing processes.
* Compile and maintain the 25-year lifecycle spreadsheet and participate in lifecycle planning meetings.
* Prepare offers, Operator Works Proposals (OWPs) and business cases for FF&E in accordance with the Operator Agreement.
* Manage procurement of approved FF&E items, including raising purchase orders and maintaining procurement tracking to ensure expenditure remains on budget.
* Oversee the receipting, allocation and deployment of FF&E assets to ensure operational readiness and accountability.
* Liaise with the Asset Maintenance Manager to ensure effective FF&E information handover.
* Manage end-of-lifecycle asset disposal in accordance with approved procedures.
Required Key Skills and Attributes:
* Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management principles.
* High attention to detail with experience in data cleansing and database accuracy.
* Ability to manage asset registers, tagging systems and compliance documentation.
* Experience managing procurement processes and raising purchase orders.
* Ability to prepare business cases, OWPs and supporting documentation.
* Strong analytical capability to interpret audit data and lifecycle forecasting.
