In this part-time continuing role, you will support safe, high-quality veterinary clinical placements. You will build strong relationships with distributed practices while coordinating compliance, risk assessments and accreditation-ready documentation. This role places you at the heart of student safety, learning quality and partner collaboration.Undertake OHS and compliance audits with relevant teams, identify risks and work with practices on corrective actions.Support training and accreditation requirements by tracking educator compliance, maintaining LMS resources and providing accurate data for reporting.Bring experience in veterinary practice, veterinary nursing, OHS or other regulated, audited environments, or a strong interest. Hold a relevant qualification, or equivalent experience and training, within veterinary, education, health or related professional settings.Demonstrate proven ability to build productive relationships, negotiate outcomes and communicate clearly with diverse internal and external stakeholders.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess compliance risks and respond to evolving standards or regulations. Please note that this role requires travel to various distributed practices across Metro Melbourne and regional Victoria.
