Job Description Looking for your first step into a professional office environment — or ready to move into a role where you’ll learn fast and be trusted with real responsibility? As our Office Administrator, you’ll be right at the centre of the action — coordinating travel, supporting Board and leadership meetings, organising events, and keeping office operations running smoothly. No two days are the same, and your contribution will genuinely matter. What You’ll Be Doing: Travel & Coordination: Book flights, accommodation, and transport; process invoices; improve efficiency. Board & Leadership Support: Organise agendas, run sheets, and travel for Board meetings; support the Executive Leadership Team. Office Life & Events: Coordinate catering, celebrations, and office supplies to keep operations smooth. Uniform Management: Oversee orders, returns, and records across the business. Who This Role Is Perfect For: You don’t need years of experience — this role is ideal for someone who’s organised, motivated, and keen to learn. You’ll thrive if you’re: • Proactive and enjoy staying one step ahead • Confident communicating with a wide range of people • Great at juggling tasks and meeting deadlines • Detail-focused but flexible when priorities change • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems Experience with travel bookings or admin is helpful, but not essential — we’ll support you as you learn.
