About The Opportunity

As an Administrative Officer at East Metropolitan Health Service, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to the Policy team and senior leadership roles that manage Policy governance within our organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage correspondence and prepare Policy documents/forms to publishing standards
* Coordinate meetings and maintain databases and governance reporting
* Provide advanced word-processing, high-volume task tracking, and effective records management across relevant electronic platforms


Requirements:

* Strong administrative experience with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and database platforms
* Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively independently and within a large team
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
