Requirements:
* Be Check to Line qualified as an A320 Senior Cabin Crew Member
* Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and adaptability in meeting rostering expectations
* Exhibit exceptional communication skills with diverse audiences
* Display a thorough understanding of SOPs, EPs, and service standards
* Meet 100% compliance in all current role requirements, including grooming, training, safety protocols, and fatigue management
* Consistently meet performance expectations, with any unsatisfactory performance documented and shared
Successful applicants will undergo conversion training between Roster Period 12 and June. Allocation decisions will be based on operational needs, including qualifications, experience, pre-approved leave, and further details can be found in the FAQs and previous communications. Part-time applications are welcome but set days cannot be accommodated during the training period.
