We're seeking a polished, proactive Personal Assistant to support Samuel Thompson, one of Canberra's leading sales agents. This is a true partnership role, not a task-list PA position.

The role

This position will suit an experienced PA or Sales Coordinator who understands real estate workflows and enjoys being the trusted right-hand to a busy agent.

You'll be involved in the full sales lifecycle — from listing preparation through to settlement — and play a key role in keeping the agent focused, organised, and client-ready at all times.

Key responsibilities

* Full diary, email, and workflow management for the Sales Agent
* Preparing and reviewing listing and sales documentation with accuracy and care
* Coordinating marketing campaigns, reports, photography, and advertising deadlines
* Liaising confidently with vendors, buyers, solicitors, contractors, and internal teams
* Managing CRM and databases to ensure clean data and targeted marketing lists
* Identifying and implementing smarter, more efficient processes
* Staying across legislative requirements and industry best practice

About you

* Currently working (or have worked) as a PA or Sales Coordinator in real estate
* Highly organised, calm under pressure, and naturally proactive
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail — contracts and marketing accuracy matter to you
* Tech-confident and comfortable improving systems and workflows
* Professional, discreet, and takes pride in being reliable and prepared
