Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a critical member of our internal IT operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our systems and providing exceptional support to our colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in desktop operating systems, including Windows 10, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for managing basic Active Directory functions, setting up and deploying mobile devices, and assisting with procurement of software and hardware.
In this role, you will also develop and maintain documentation for our internal knowledge base, ensuring that our processes and procedures are well-documented and easily accessible to all team members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to internal IT tickets, providing prompt service to colleagues
* Manage basic Active Directory functions, including distribution lists and user creation
* Setup, deploy, and support staff in setting up mobile devices
* Assist with procurement of software and hardware from approved suppliers
* Develop and maintain documentation for our internal knowledge base
Requirements:
* Computer qualification or related discipline
* Advanced knowledge of desktop operating systems, including Windows 10
