About The Role
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Port Macquarie Store.
This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.
* Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help the team deliver on budgets and KPIs
* Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity
* Executing Visual Merchandising in-store and making commercial decisions using your discretion
* Understanding stock management processes and prioritising tasks
* Coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback to your team based on previous experience
