High-value national rehab and wellbeing business has an exciting opportunity for experienced Rehabilitation Consultants to join our growing Injury Management team in various regions.
About the Role:
This part-time position is fast-paced, collaborative, and rewarding, allowing you to:
* Support individuals in recovering and returning to their pre-injury or new employment using your clinical skills and knowledge
* Conduct assessment and case management services across various client portfolios
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
* Assist with an injured person's recovery, return to work, and life following injury or illness
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum of 1 year of Occupational Rehabilitation experience as a Rehabilitation Consultant, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, or Psychologist
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
* Honesty, integrity, a team-oriented attitude, and a positive approach
* Genuine commitment to continuous improvement
