Key Responsibilities
* Assembly and installation of custom cabinetry for van interiors
* Precise work based on plans, templates and tight measurements
* Fine finishing and high-quality execution
* Preparing components, fitting panels, and ensuring clean, accurate joinery
* Working closely with the team to maintain build quality and timelines
Requirements
* Proven experience in cabinet making, joinery or fine furniture assembly
* Ability to work with lightweight materials suitable for mobile conversions
* Strong attention to detail and finishing
* Autonomous, reliable and quality-driven
* Experience in van/boat/tiny home fit-outs is a plus (but not required)
* Carpet Experience
