Job Summary:
The role offers a unique opportunity to work across Sales, Product and Customer Success - accelerating the customers' technical team's ability to get connected and unlock the value of our product. This role is dedicated to providing a market-leading technical experience for Enterprise customers, enabling them to integrate with the platform faster and with less effort.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of our AI platform and how it can be effectively integrated into various customer systems. You will work closely with prospective and existing customers to provide expert advice and support, ensuring a seamless and efficient integration process. Collaborating with Account Executives, Product Specialists and Customer Success Managers, the Customer Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in converting prospects into satisfied, long-term customers.
As part of this role, you are also expected to coordinate support handovers to our US and UK teams. Additionally, you will need to clearly communicate our AI and security standards and protocols to prospects and customers within the APAC region.
