**Key responsibilities**:
- Reception duties: Greeting clients, answering, and directing calls
- Ensure the office is kept tidy and presentable
- General administrative tasks
- Support the management and business support teams with day-to-day administration tasks
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Strong administration skills across all aspects of office coordination
- Advanced computer skills
- QA experience preferred
- Organised, and able to prioritise effectively
- Liaising & developing strong relationships with peers, clients and consultants
- Excellent communication skills
