About the Role
This is a key role responsible for managing listing documentation, compliance and workflows across both residential and commercial properties.
You will ensure every property is correctly documented and compliant prior to going to market, minimising risk and supporting a smooth transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high level administrative and marketing support to the residential and commercial agents
* Oversee and coordinate listings from launch through to settlement/lease execution
* Manage digital execution of documents (DocuSign)
* Liaise with internal marketing support to coordinate campaign materials and listing launches
* Maintain database accuracy and ensure timely data entry across CRM and workflow systems
* Assist with reporting, tracking listing progress and updating internal records
* Prepare and send client documentation, including welcome communications
* Communicate professionally with clients, solicitors, tenants, landlords and other stakeholders
* Support the Office Manager with day to day administrative and operational tasks
* Contribute to a positive, organised and team focused environment
About You
* Experience in real estate administration, conveyancing, legal support or similar
* Comfortable working with contracts, documentation and compliance requirements
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Process driven and reliable
* Confident managing multiple priorities
* Professional communicator
* Commercial real estate experience highly regarded
