About The Role
The Skilled Warehouse Operator / Forklift Driver role is a Full-time position, based at Blacktown, NSW. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor you will join us in optimizing our warehouse operations to exceed customer expectations and achieve organizational goals.
In This Role You Will
* Assist in the day-to-day activities within the warehouse.
* Serve customers in the warehouse part of the store, e.g. loading customers' vehicles with a forklift or manually as required.
* Warehouse operations including picking orders, inventory counts and general housekeeping.
* A forklift licence is required to perform warehouse duties safely.
* Loading and unloading of stock.
Your hours are Monday to Friday from 6am to 2pm.
About You
* A current forklift licence with sufficient experience is essential.
* Proven capability in loading and unloading operations.
* Experience or knowledge of aluminium products will be highly regarded.
* Ability to lift and move heavy products as required (manual handling involved).
* A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset in a fast‐paced environment.
* A strong work ethic and strict adherence to safety procedures.
* Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
* Willingness to contribute to a constructive, innovative, and collaborative workplace culture.
