The Role
This is not your average dealership role.
We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, exceeding targets, and delivering an exceptional customer journey from the first handshake to handover.
Key Responsibilities
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for new vehicles
Delivering a premium, customer-first experience at every touchpoint
Conducting professional test drives and vehicle presentations
Managing enquiries and leads with urgency and attention to detail
Building long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
Collaborating with our finance, service, and delivery teams for seamless handovers
About You
You're a proven performer in automotive sales with a hunger to succeed and the drive to deliver results.
You will be self motivated, able to work autonomously and follow process.
You are a self-starter who can hit the ground running in any circumstance and are proactive in your approach to work as we aren't looking for someone who needs to be micro-managed but a real go-getter who takes the initiative.
Qualifications
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional presentation and customer service focus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic dealership environment
Current valid driver's licence (essential)
Experience in automotive sales
