Commercial Property Solicitor Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years' PQE from a recognised regional or national firm and possess strong drafting, attention to detail and technical ability.
* Responsibilities:
o Reviewing registered and unregistered titles, searches and CPSE enquiries
o Drafting and negotiating leases, contracts and related documents
o Handling straightforward freehold sales and purchases
o Supporting corporate transactions with property due diligence
o Managing completions, post-completion work, Land Registry applications and SDLT
o Maintaining AML compliance and accurate file management
o Communicating directly with clients and supporting senior fee-earners
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* UK-qualified Solicitor with 1–2 years' PQE in commercial property
* Strong drafting, attention to detail and technical ability
* Clear communicator with a commercial, solutions-focused approach
* Organised, proactive and confident managing your own workload
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management systems
