Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality strategic financial planning advice to clients
* Develop tailored wealth strategies based on client goals and circumstances
* Manage and grow long-term client relationships through ongoing advice
* Prepare and present financial plans and recommendation documents
* Coordinate implementation of financial strategies with internal teams
* Collaborate with accountants, lawyers, and professional referral partners
* Contribute to business growth through referrals and networking opportunities
Qualifications
* Degree qualified with relevant Financial Planning qualifications
* Strong experience within the financial planning industry
* Strong knowledge of investment strategies, superannuation, and wealth structuring
* Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic advice
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with clients
* Strong organisational and analytical capabilities
* A commercial mindset with interest in growing a client base
