$63.40 per hour + salary packaging | Team Leader - ACAS

Permanent Full time | 80 hours per fortnight with a monthly ADO

This role is responsible for leading and managing a team of assessment staff within the ACAS service, ensuring high quality aged care assessments and supporting clinical and strategic initiatives.

• Oversee and coordinate day to day team operations
• Complete complex aged care assessments as required
• Supervise and mentor assessment staff
• Facilitate medical assessments and specialist visits
• Lead quality improvement and strategic initiatives
• Represent the service at internal and external meetings

• Tertiary qualification in Health or Social Science
• Qualified in a Vic West SAS core discipline (e.g., OT, RN, SW)
• Proven team leadership and staff supervision ability
• Strong community engagement and clinical judgement
• Skilled in assessment, planning, and problem solving
