Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Education and Training:
o Design and deliver educational programs that address specific clinical needs and improve patient outcomes.
o Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make recommendations for improvement.
* Nursing Staff Support:
o Provide targeted training and support to nursing staff to enhance their clinical skills and knowledge.
o Coach and mentor nursing staff to develop their leadership and mentoring skills.
* Workplace Culture:
o Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
o Develop and implement strategies to address and resolve conflicts and issues within the team.
The ideal candidate will possess current registration with the relevant nursing board, relevant qualifications, and extensive experience in renal nursing. They will also demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
