Training Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly organised and compassionate Training Support Specialist to provide comprehensive support to students, focusing on their academic progression, well-being, and learning needs.
* Student Engagement: Monitor student attendance, track progress, and offer pastoral care to address personal or academic challenges.
* Learning Support: Conduct LLN support sessions, helping students overcome learning barriers and ensuring they meet course progression milestones.
* Clinic Operations: Manage daily operations of hairdressing, barbering, beauty, and remedial massage clinics, ensuring students gain hands-on experience and meet course requirements.
* Trainer Support: Assist trainers to ensure students are engaging effectively in both practical and theoretical learning.
* Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, track student progress, and manage disciplinary actions.
* System Expertise: Develop advanced skills in systems like aXcelerate and Kitomba.
