Zylo has teamed up with a well established law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. We are seeking an ambitious Legal Administrative Assistant to join their Brisbane team.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team in Brisbane. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support to our legal department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management:
Prepare, scan, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Calendar Management:
Coordinate attorneys' schedules, book appointments, and manage travel arrangements.
Research:
Conduct legal research using various databases and resources.
Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Database Management:
Maintain and update client and case information in our legal database.
Billing:
Assist in the preparation and processing of legal invoices.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
Qualifications:
Ideal for a current law student able to commit to full time employment.
Previous experience in a legal administrative role preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
